An hour class, once a week for students aged 13+ years. Lyrical dance is performed to music with lyrics to inspire movements to express emotions. A free flowing style of dance deriving from a blend of Ballet and Jazz movements.

Class will start with a warm up and stretch followed by travelling sequences working to develop leaps and turns. Different routines will be taught over the term with a focus on improving dance technique and expression.

Uniform consists of Expressions  singlet, jazz shorts or pants and 1/2 ballet shoes.
