Justine has been awarded Fellowship status within the Modern Theatre Faculty of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She completed her training at Laine Theatre Arts in the UK, a prestigious college offering full time musical theatre dance training. She has many years experience teaching at vocational level in the UK, having previously taught at The BRIT School in London, a performing arts school sponsored by the British Music Industry, where previous students have gone on to appear in West End Musicals, Theatre, Television and Commercial work. She has taught at various institutions in NZ, lecturing at AUT teaching Jazz and Contemporary dance technique, as well as teaching in the dance department at Saint Kentigern College.
Justine de kock
Rose specialises in teaching Classical Ballet, she is an experienced teacher who completed her teacher training at the Royal Ballet School UK. Rose has vast experience and a wealth of knowledge to pass on. Her warm personality and love of dance provides an excellent learning environment for both young and old dancers.
Ichiro is native of Nara, Japan. He graduated from Boston Conservatory with BFA in Dance in 1994. He has danced with Doris Humphrey Repertoire Dance Company, Ballet Long Island and Geurah Abraham Dance Ensemble in New York and preformed in Musical Drama 'Texas'. Ichiro established Ichiro Harada Dance Group in Sydney. As a choreographer his work has been preformed in Japan, Australia, Russia, Korea and New York City including for the Estee Lauder Defining Beauty Award, Youth America Grand Prix final in New York City, Soul International Ballet Composition final and Koriyama 50th Anniversary Dance gala. His choreography has been preformed by members of Boston Ballet, Orlando Ballet and Berlin State Ballet. Ichiro has taught in Japan, Australia and New Zealand including guest teaching for Matthew Bourne's Nutcracker Japan tour and is currently a dance teacher at Saint Kentigern College as well as teaching at various studios in the Auckland area. Ichiro received one of 'New Zealand's most inspiring teacher Awards, in November 2011.
Melissa has an extensive background in Tap. She started dancing at the young age of 6 years old and through her training she excelled in Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and Aerobics, successfully completing her ISTD Tap examinations at Expressions dance. Her lifelong love for dance has left her unable to part from it and she continues to share her love of Tap through her teaching whilst also studying at university.
Megan has been dancing for just over 15 year years, training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical and Acro. She successfully competed across New Zealand for several years as a soloist and with the Expressions Dance senior troupe achieving recognition for highest scoring solos at Evolution in 2019. Megan has also been recognised for her choreography with one of her works chosen to be preformed at Tempo dance festival in Auckland.

Hayden has been involved with gymnastics and cheerleading for over 20 years. He competed in gymnastics both nationally and internationally up until age 18. He has a wide variety of experience in cheerleading and has an obvious love for teaching all levels. Our students are able to draw on his vast knowledge and learn Acro tricks in a structured and fun environment.
Claire believes that learning dance should be a positive and fun experience where students not only gain knowledge of dance but gain confidence, make new friends and have a whole lot of fun too! A local teacher for many years Claire loves to share her passion for dance and looks forward to classes filled with smiles and laughter!
