Barre fitness classes start Friday May 23!

Our Barre fitness classes blend ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and strength training for a full-body, low-impact workout that delivers results.​ Whether you're a total beginner or seasoned in fitness, our classes are designed to suit all levels—no dance experience needed. Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, you’ll focus on technique, alignment and form, ensuring a safe and effective workout every time.
Expect to feel the burn in all the right places—our dynamic barre classes will have your heart pumping, thighs shaking, and glutes on fire! So pop on some grippy socks and leggings and grab your drink bottle... let's barre together!

Our class passes let you drop in whenever it works for you—no long-term commitment, just great value for a fabulous workout. We recommend attending 2 classes per week to feel stronger, more toned and energised.

From just $15 a class, class cards are payable by bank transfer.
Class passes are valid for one year.
