​Term fees for 2026

 

JUNIOR CLASSES 

(JAZZ, TAP, HIP HOP, CONTEMPORARY, PRESCHOOL)
30 min class = $130

45 min class = $155 
1 hour class = $165 
PrePrimary/Primary Ballet & Jazz combination: $255

BALLET CLASSES 
PrePrimary Ballet = $155

 1 hour class = $165
2 x Class Combination: Grades 1 - 4* = $300
2 x Class Combination: Grade 5 including prepointe* = $415
2 x Class Combination: Intermediate Foundation/Intermediate Ballet including pointe* = $450

*Ballet students who wish to take exams must attend two classes a week and conditioning/barre.

ADULT & SENIOR GRADES    
45 min class = $165
1 hour class = $175 
​*Jazz students who wish to take exams must attend conditioning or barre.

DISCOUNTS
There are multiple class discounts available.

We offer 5% off 3 classes and 10% off 4+ classes per family.

CASUAL RATES
$20 for 45 min class
$25 for 1 hour class

Payable by bank transfer.

Dance Fees & Payment Information

Our dance fees are calculated per year for each dance genre (style) rather than per class. This means the term fees remain the same across all four terms, making costs consistent and easier for families to plan for.

Payments

• Invoices are emailed before start of each term.

• Fees are due the first day of each term. 

• Payment plans are available but must be agreed up front, so please reach out to arrange one if needed.
   

Refunds & Credits

• We are unable to offer refunds if a dancer chooses to withdraw during the term.

• Credits for extended illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have planned extended travel, a partial-term enrolment may be possible—please chat with us in advance so we can help where we can.

• If Xpressions Dance needs to cancel a class or programme, we will offer a make-up class, credit or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Additional Fees

• Exam & exam preparation class fees – invoiced in Term 2

• Show fee – divided between Term 3 and Term 4 invoices

• Registration fee – a one-off $10 admin fee for all new students joining Xpressions Dance
   

Public Holidays

All public holidays are observed and are already built into our fee structure, so no adjustments are required.
